Cancellation & Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Policy

    Product Accuracy and Quality Checks: We strive to make our product listings as accurate and detailed as possible. All orders undergo multi-layer quality checks before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

    Exchange Eligibility:

    • Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are available only for orders within India and are permissible within 5 Days of Delivery for Domestic Orders.
    • No returns/exchanges for International orders.
    • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. They should be returned with all original packaging and tags.
    • No returns/exchanges for orders that contain any kind of customization/alteration.

    Exchange Process:

    1. Request Submission: Contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery via email at support@labelmehu.com. or call +91 98181 54387. Alternatively, you can submit your exchange request on our website.

    2. Processing Fee: A processing fee of ₹300 per product will be charged. Please share the payment screenshot via email.

    3. Direct Shipping (Optional): If you prefer to send the product yourself, our team will provide you with the shipping address. After dispatch, share the AWB number, courier company name, and POD with us. Please use reputable courier services, as we are not responsible for any loss during transit.

    4. Reverse Pickup: Once payment is received, our team will arrange for reverse pickup.

    5. Quality Inspection and Dispatch: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the new size within 3-5 working days. Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the total amount of the item(s), valid for 90 days.

    Cancellation Policy

    Customer Cancellations:

    • Prepaid and COD Orders: You can cancel orders within 24 hours of placement. For prepaid orders, we can issue a credit note or replace the item with another product of equal value.

    Label Mehu Cancellations:

    • Reasons: We may cancel orders due to unavailability of materials, incorrect listings, or suspected fraudulent activities.
    • Refunds: For prepaid orders canceled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the registered bank account. Customers will be notified via email.

    Cancellation Charges:

    • Cancellations after placing prepaid orders will incur a 2-3% charge (payment gateway fees).

    Credit Note Validity:

    • Credit notes issued for cancellations or exchanges are valid for 90 days.

    Refund Policy

    • No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered.
    • Sale Items: Items marked as ‘Sale’ are non-returnable.
    • Order Receiving Guidelines: To ensure your order arrives in good condition, we ask that you record an unboxing video and take photos with a time stamp within 48 hours of delivery. If you receive a damaged or opened parcel, please record a video, take photos, and do not accept the delivery. Send the images, video, and order number to us via email so we can address the issue promptly and resolve any claims with the shipment agency
