Domestic & International Shipping
Charges:

• Domestic Deliveries
  We offer free shipping on all orders within India.

  Each piece from Mehu is crafted with care, and the dispatch timeline is mentioned on the respective product page—this reflects the time required to produce your garment, depending on the intricacy and number of processes involved.
  If your order includes multiple outfits, the overall dispatch time will align with the piece requiring the longest lead time.

  Dispatch Timeline: The number of business days our atelier takes to prepare and dispatch your outfit after order confirmation.
  Delivery Timeline: The number of business days our logistics partner takes to deliver the outfit after it has been picked up from our production unit.
  We partner with reliable logistics providers through Shiprocket, and deliveries within India typically take 2–4 working days post-dispatch, depending on the destination city.

  Kindly note that all timelines are based on working days (Monday to Friday) and exclude weekends and public holidays.

  To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including a valid pin code and a reachable mobile number. Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order before it is returned to us.

• International Deliveries
  We ship worldwide with a flat international shipping fee of INR 3,500 on all orders.

  Each Mehu garment is made with intention and care. The dispatch timeline for every outfit is specified on its product page and reflects the time required for production, based on the processes involved.
  If your order contains multiple pieces, the dispatch time will align with the item that takes the longest to complete.

  Dispatch Timeline: The number of business days our production unit takes to prepare and dispatch your outfit post order confirmation.
  Delivery Timeline: The number of business days our international courier partners take to deliver your outfit after it has been dispatched.
  We work exclusively with reputed and registered international carriers through our logistics partner, Shiprocket.
  Depending on the destination country, delivery typically takes 5–10 working days post-dispatch.
  For delivery estimates specific to your location, feel free to contact our customer support team.

  Please note: All timelines are based on business days (Monday to Friday) and exclude weekends and public holidays, both at our facility and with our courier partners.
  We kindly request that you do not provide PO Box addresses, as our delivery partners are unable to deliver to them.
  To ensure seamless delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including postal code, where applicable) and a valid mobile number where you can be reached.

  Customs Duties & Import Taxes

  Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are not included in your order value or shipping cost. These charges, if applicable, will be collected at the time of delivery by the local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
  Unfortunately, Mehu cannot be held liable for any additional charges incurred at the destination.

UPI: Use Unified Payments Interface for quick transactions.

Payment Providers: We use trusted providers like Razorpay and PayPal.

For domestic orders, we also offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Please note that the COD option is available for orders with a maximum value of ₹10,000.

For orders outside India, we only offer prepaid payment options and accept all major Mastercard, American Express, and Visa cards along with recognized payment gateways such as PayPal and PayU.

* Credit note usage: If you are issued any credit note, you shall receive it on your registered email ID. It can be applied only once on our official website and within 3 months from the date of issue.
